This oil painting captures a golden autumn scene in Newtown, Powys. Dolerw Park has a collection of amazing mature trees, and this particular day made me hold my breath at the beauty and stillness, with only the rustling of leaves and bird song.

The size of the original painting is 40cm by 50cm. It is framed in an obeche wood tray frame which gives space between the canvas and the frame itself. The approximate framed size is 48cm by 58cm.
